Honda GX200

The Honda GX200 is a 196cc 4-stroke overhead-valve engine and the primary powerplant for Honda-branded pressure washers up to 3,000 PSI, entry-level generators, tillers, and plate compactors. One of the most commonly serviced small engines in North America due to its widespread OEM use. It uses a Keihin float-type carburetor and accepts NGK BPR6ES or Champion RC12YC spark plugs. Routine maintenance every 100 hours: oil change (SAE 10W-30), air filter service, and spark plug inspection. The carburetor main jet, float, and needle are the primary wear items on high-hour GX200s.
